Capacity building
Since 1990, responsible for the design, preparation, management, implementation or supervision (and in some instances evaluation) of more than 75 capacity building projects:
- Alternative development projects in opium-growing areas of Laos, Pakistan and Afghanistan
- Pakistan/Iran cross-border narcotics law enforcement project
- Projects on corruption, organized crime and trafficking in human beings in Europe
- Projects on money laundering in Russia, Serbia and Ukraine
- Country-specific, regional and global projects on cybercrime and electronic evidence.
More than EUR 120 million in voluntary contributions mobilized for such projects.
